THE NEW AGRICULTURAL DIESEL RETURN CAMPAIGN HAS BEEN STARTED

On April 1, 2015 the new agricultural diesel return campaign began, which is reflected in Order EHA / 993/2010, from 21 April 2010, establishing the procedure for the partial refund of the Hydrocarbon Tax quotas borne by farmers and ranchers.
Thus, We remember some of the most important aspects to request a refund:
– The beneficiaries must be in possession of the supporting invoice for each supply or group of supplies included in the refund requests that they are going to submit., and keep them for a period of four years from the day following that on which said return could begin to be requested..
– They can receive a refund indicated those who were entitled to the use of subsidized diesel in the period, It is used as fuel in agriculture, livestock and forestry. It is also essential, in relation to these activities, who have been registered during the aforementioned period in the Census of Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Retainers.
– You entitled to a refund Dan diesel consumption made in:
a) Engines of tractors and machinery authorized or not to travel on public roads and land, employed in agriculture, livestock and forestry,
b) Engines of appliances and appliances used in the same destination.

VISITS, TASTING AND COURSES

  • They organize guided tastings by technicians from the Cooperative and by technicians from the Olvera Denomination of Origin. They take place in our facilities of the Cooperative. They are aimed at schools, to consumer groups, hospitality schools, etc.
  • They organize you guided tours to the oil mill, checking the entire oil production process from the entry of the olive.
  • They are also organized visits to the field, to check the olive harvest and other crops.
  • They are taught training courses and talks on the cooperative activities.
