THE PAST WAS CELEBRATED 28 SEPTEMBER IN THE COOPERATIVE ROOM
Last day 28 September was held in the assembly hall of the Cooperative a talk on Planned Pasture or Holistic Management by D. Gustavo Alés.
During the information day they explained, succinctly, the biological bases of Holistic Management, the necessary interaction between livestock and the soil and how they must be closely linked in order to express the full productive potential of our soils with our semi-arid climates.
How the subject is so complex, the talk had no other purpose than to serve as an introduction to this new window of holistic management, that will break with many paradigms that ranchers and farmers have been practicing for thousands of years.
